Joao Crus is going to run a BJJ seminar for adults on February 6th from 11:30am to 1:30 pm. We will be addressing the different aspects of open guard like:
De La Riva Guard, Spider Guard, Sitting up Guard, Cross Guard.
Registration fee:$50 until Jan. 30th. after that date: $70
Obs.: It’s open for children on the first hour of the seminar.
